General English "LIVE" is a unique mix of “face to face” delivery online. You will have your own teacher and interact with your teacher in real time and through our dedicated student portal.
Your teacher will guide you through your language learning journey using Phoenix’s proven formula for achieving English language competency. Our comprehensive syllabus ensures that speaking, listening, reading and writing skills are covered every day with grammar vocabulary and syntax studied in a topical context.
On completion of your course of study you receive a final Report on your language level and ability including a Certificate of completion

Students from around the world can now receive the same face-to-face contact with your allocated class teacher through our Learning Management System. You will need to meet the same attendance and progress requirements as if you were still attending class on campus.
Through your class portal, Phoenix will continue to monitor attendance and progress of each and every student.
Technical Requirements
To participate in our "LIVE" online lessons you will need:
- A Personal Computer/laptop or compatible smartphone
- An internet connection – broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)
- Speakers and a microphone – built-in or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth
- A webcam or HD webcam - built-in or USB plug-in
